Order Timescales For Christmas & New Year

Our business will close on 21st December 2015 and reopen on Monday 4th January 2016.

Orders placed before 12 noon on Sunday 20th December will be dispatched in time or Christmas delivery. 

Orders placed between Monday 21st December and Sunday 3rd January will be processed and dispatched on Monday 4th January 2016. If you require an urgent order and wish to check a specific delivery time before you order, please call 01245 690054

1hr Window Delivery Service

All large* items (sent to addresses within the UK) are dispatched using a courier service. All smaller items will be dispatched via a Royal Mail 'Signed For' Service.

Larger Items: If you provide a mobile contact number when creating your account with us, the courier will send you a text message on the morning of delivery, confirming a 1hr time-slot when you can expect to receive your parcel(s). You will then have an option to liaise with the courier directly, should you need to rearrange a more convenient date to take receipt of your purchase from us.

* Larger items are Keepsake Boxes; Christening Hampers; Personalised Prams; Bikes; All wooden toys.  Smaller items are door plaques, clocks, letter blocks, hairbrushes, money boxes, wall letters.

Delivery Times

The vast majority of our products are made to order, therefore delivery is usually within 7 days.

If your order is required urgently, then please either email a member of the team via enquiries@pitterpatterproducts.co.uk or call us on 01245 690054, as we can often 'fast track' an order.

P&P Charges (Mainland UK Only)

Standard UK delivery is just £2.95 for all orders. 

Should you wish to 'Fast-track' your order, please contact us with details of the item(s) you wish to order and the date your require them. If we are able to process your order in time, there will be an additional £6.95 'Express Delivery' charge.

International delivery is not available as a standard option, however if you live overseas and wish to purchase from us, please contact us by email (enquiries@pitterpatterproducts.co.uk) or phone (+44 01245 690054) for a delivery quote, depending on the number/weight of items you would like to buy.

Packaging

Each item is individually wrapped in a bubble envelope for protection and then in a reinforced box to help ensure your purchase(s)reach you in pristine condition.

Please check your items carefully before signing for them and if your item(s) are sent as gifts, we ask you to also inform the recipient of their obligation.

In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please contact us immediately to organise a courier collection.  Please DO NOT return via Royal Mail, as we will only refund return postage incurred using our courier service.

Refunds

Unless an item is out of stock or dispatch exceeds 21 days, refunds cannot be given once an order has been placed.
